Returns and Refunds Policy

At Vigo Rout Fitters, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, our Refunds and Returns Policy outlines the process and timeframes for returns and exchanges.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags intact.

Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be accepted for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within the 7-day return window. Include your order details and reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Customers are responsible for safely packaging and returning the item as instructed.

Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected within 3–5 business days. After inspection, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your return request.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery basis, refunds will be issued through a mutually agreed method such as bank transfer or other suitable options.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, the replacement item will be dispatched within 5–7 business days after we receive the original product.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or product-specific reasons. Such exclusions, if any, will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
